Small group classes to help you become more body aware, find your internal core strength and regain flexibility, stamina and improve your own bodies natural movement potential. Classes are mixed ability so all are welcome.
Starting from July, we will be offering once or twice a month Sunday classes for both Reformer and Mat at half the price of a usual PAYG session.
These classes will be led by our Balanced Body teachers-in-training, so please come along and enjoy the experience of having a keen and enthusiastic new teacher to guide you through the Pilates repertoire!!
