Following an initial assessment, Pilates 1:1 / 2:1 sessions are great for anyone wanting that extra attention to detail on how to improve their exercise repertoire, correct their form and gain further insight into their own positive movement experience. These sessions allow full use of all the Pilates studio equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. Sessions are tailored to your needs. Appointment duration: 60mins

Each class will cover the key Pilates Principles on: Breathing correctly, Centring, moving with Control, Concentration, Precision and Flow. Our sessions guide you through a full-body workout with rhythm , restoration and relaxation! Class duration: 55 minutes
